John, I had not seen your post John or I would have replied. Anyway Roger has improved the forum so we can now see at a glance where there are posts. Incidentally, my advice would have been to telephone Adobe as you did. Clearly, what happened to you must happen to others. For myself I have installed the full Adobe photography suite on a Club Laptop but sign out after using it for say a demo. Another member can then sign in with their account and use.
Just one thing to bear in mind my son had a similar problem and it happened again but they then told him that that would be the last time; I guess they think once is bad luck; two is careless and three is very suspicious. Glad you are up and working.
