The date is now settled for Saturday 17th December.

The address is Coombe Hill Farm Shop, GL19 4BH. From Cheltenham turn right at Coombe Hill   towards Tewkesbury, past Texaco (??) on right, Methodist chapel and new houses on left then, after the hedge on right, as the road rises to a slight right bend and the speed derestriction sign comes in to view, the entrance is set back on the right.

The shoot is from 10 to 2.

Although we are mainly undercover, it could be wet and chilly, so feel free to come for a just a couple of hours or so if you prefer. We will run through the proceedings twice so that should suit everyone.

Not only are there a load of interesting ’antiques’ and artifacts for us to use as background settings for our model but there is a well preserved vintage van, in retro livery, serving teas and coffees to warm the cockles and provide even more photogenic opportunities.

There will be at least two people with experience of using on and off camera flash in such  situations, so help and kit are available if you want to give it a go.

Here is an Instagram link mainly about the van, but also giving a good glimpse pf the setting and artefacts.

And here is a Dropbox link to some pics of Joanna, our model.

If the weather is unbearably cold or wet we can relocate to J9 studio and the industrial building it is in , just a few minutes from that junction on the M5.

I have about £100 expenses to cover. With six people already interested that should mean a contribution of £18 max each – hope that sounds good value.

If you have never done anything like this before, don’t be deterred. Loads of help, loads of ideas being shared and Joanna is an absolute dream to work with.
